Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Favorites, ratings, playlists and settings are stored locally. There is no account and no cloud. Details are in the privacy policy.

Which formats are supported?

MP3, FLAC, OGG, WAV, AAC, M4A, Opus and WebA.

The app doesn’t find my music.

Select the folder containing your music in the app and grant access if your system asks for it. The app only reads folders you have shared with it.

How do I back up my playlists?

Choose a storage folder in the settings. Favorites and playlists are automatically saved there as M3U files, so you can back them up or use them in other players.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, according to its policies. For the Mac App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to payments ourselves.
